James Pederson

James Pederson’s is a principal with PedShaw, LLC. His professional career spans over 30 years. Mr. Pederson obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University and started his career on the plant floor. James’ understanding of the plant floor, engineering, automation, people and business led him to become an owner and President of the TEC Systems Group. 

Starting his professional career, Mr. Pederson developed a strong understanding of people, technology and automation while working for Cargill, Texas Instruments, which later became Siemens. After joining TEC Systems Group in 1994 and holding a number of key roles inside of TEC. Mr. Pederson would become President and COO of TEC. Working with key customers and TEC team members over the years helped develop the TEC organization into one of the premier system integrators in the country. This success would lead to the divestiture of the business in 2016.
